Good Times with Del Monte Pasta

Spending time with family after a tiring day at work is the best thing. It’s like a stress buster. And nothing is better when such moments are coupled with yummy snacks. It was last week when I first cooked Pasta for my family. Though I am an average cook, but to my surprise it turned out well.

So here is my simple recipe:-

Serves four people

Preparation time – 25 - 30 min.

Ingredients:-
Del Monte Pasta – 300 gm.
Chopped – One onion, 5-6 cloves of garlic, 2-3 green chilies
Fresh Cream 50gm
Tomato sauce - Two table spoon.
Chopped – Red and Yellow pepper
Salt as per taste.
Oregano one table spoon
Olive oil 2 table spoon

Boil Del Monte Pasta in salted water for around 10 min, but check that it does not become too mushy.
Add 2 table spoon of olive oil in the pan and heat it, Saute Garlic, onion and add chopped green chilies, red and yellow pepper to it, do not overcook them, continue on medium flame for 5 min. Add drained pasta to it and mix well. Take it away from heat. Add fresh cream, tomato sauce to it. Sprinkle Oregano and serve.
