Breakfast generally is regarded and treated below in our preference list during busy hours of morning. We least realize the fact that what we eat during morning i.e. our breakfast is in fact the most important meal of the day. Breakfast is the fuel that keeps us charged and energized throughout the day.
The choice of breakfast should be nutritive. Researchers say that nutritive
breakfast has long term benefits on health; it helps in preventing diabetes,
heart diseases and also obesity.
So why don’t we kick start our day with a healthy punch of something
nutritive, which can satiate our taste buds and refuel our systems for a long busy
day.
Doing some yoga, at least 5 times a week and a healthy breakfast to keep
me going is my health mantra. But mornings are the busiest time of the day and preparing
a good breakfast
always takes a back seat. Until sooner I found my recipe to a healthy start of day
from my neighbors.
Mr and Mrs Gupta runs a Yoga training center in our community, also
guiding all of us on importance of a balanced diet. It was only two days back
when Mr Gupta got for all of us mouthwatering cornflakes Coconut ladoos . Being my neighbor the other day I went to their
house and to my surprise came to know about the great health benefit of Kellogg’s
cornflakes and also many recipes can be made using it. Since then Gupta ji is
being called or rather named by me as as Kellogg's Waale Guptaji.
