The Heart Land of India ( Part I )

The state of Uttar Pradesh also known as ‘Heart Land of India’ has rich collection of heritage, culture and tradition. Land of nawabs, royal mannerisms, scholars, calmness and sobriety, writers, poets, dancers, politicians, Awadhi and Mughlai cuisines are few of the proud distinctive of this rich state.
Being  highlighted most of the time for all the wrong reasons like political discrepancies and intolerance.
Let’s take up a small tour to some of the most beautiful things of the state Uttar Pradesh:-

Agra - Taj Mahal - :Mausoleum made of white marble.

Allahabad, Sangam, Kumbh

Varanasi, Kashi Vishwanath

Banarasi Paan

Lucknow- Rich in culture, traditions, art, literature, heritage

Roomi Darwaza
                                                    Bara Imambara

Kathak Dance

Kababs

 Mathura Vrindavan
"The colours of love in the land of  Krishna"

"Inside Banke Bihari Temple"

It is pertinent to mention here that though I belong to Delhi, but I have spend a good thirty years of my life in this state which is called heart land of India. It gave me many sweet as well as bitter memories,  foundation of my life was laid here so it holds a very special place in my heart.

Carrying a muddled image with riots at some places, loot and dacoity at other parts, corruption on rise and political goons celebrating their own glory.
Why don't we look up these inefficiencies and build up the stolen glory and charm. It is up to us what we can make of our culture and traditions. Preserving heritage is our responsibility.
The lost love, the melody of flute, the pious rivers and the holy ghats, the trail so beautiful, the saga untold, lets unite the string with smiles and happiness.
